On New Years Eve afternoon, we visited Shawn's Grandma Byars for Christmas. We ate lunch at a little Mom & Pop place called Big O's and then went back to Grandma's house to open presents. We also got to spend time with Shawn's sister Megan and her husband Dan.
Shawn got pens.....lots of pens. I didn't realize just how many he got until we got home and started putting away our presents!
He also got a MANUAL paper shredder. I suppose this could be considered a "GREEN" product since it uses no electricity AND allows one to safely recycle certain papers. I have personally tried this out and let me tell you, there will be some serious bicep workouts in the File house - so watch out!
This item was actually given to Megan in with a bag full of calenders and what-nots. It is a toothbrush....without a wrapper. As a hygienist, I would recommend that brush be used to scrub in those hard-reach places......around the house and not in the mouth.
Delainey did well with her presents. She enjoyed her time there!
We got Grandma a calender with family pictures in it and a lap quilt.
Dan and Megan got her the best gift of all! A phone that we hope she can actually hear!!
