Our final Christmas celebration of the year took place on New Years Eve night at Shawn's Aunt Marcia's house. Shawn and I don't see all the members of this side of his family often. So it always a very anticipated event!
A tradition at this gathering is to read the Christmas Story from the Bible before we open presents. Since Delainey is a competent reader now, she had the honor of reading the Christmas story out of her cousin Kyla's new Bible story books! We were very proud of her!

Here is a pic of Cait and her cousin Kyla. Cait and Kyla were both born on May 11th, 2007! Cait was born in the very early morning and Kyla was born in the very late evening. Justin, Kara, Shawn and I hope that they are close friends as they grow. They sure do share a special bond!
