So I just got a call from the pediatricians office. He had been looking over Cait's chart & started counting up the ear infections. With as many as she has had, he wants to refer her to an ENT - ugh! It makes me nauseated. On one hand, I do want her ear troubles to stop or atleast do something to help prevent them. But on the other hand, it makes me sooooo nervous!!!! After talking with the nurse, we decided that it would be best for her to be seen by a Dr. at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis. The nurse had a great experience there after some not so good experiences with ENT's in our area. So, I'm setting here waiting on a call back about when her appt. will be........I hope they get her in soon.
